• Victa Lawncare, Moorebank – a $7.6m development, services included all lease negotiation, detailed design, authority approvals and delivery of the finished product.
• Toll Ipec, Moorebank – a $23m development, services incorporated the design, development and construction of the 16,500sqm integrated State Office and metropolitan parcel sortation & distribution facility
• Volvo Truck Australia - $18m development, services on this award-winning development included the consolidation of a number of Volvo’s facilities into one, purpose-built centre to cater for administrative, mechanical and product services, and a showroom for the organization.
• Erskine Park Industrial Estate – a $100m development located within the Erskin Park Employment Zone in Western Sydney.  Services on this development invluded whole of estate masterplanning, preparation and lodgement of town planning applications, design, development and delivery of over 90,000sqm of industrial space to major tenants including Stramit Building Products, TNT, Hasbro Australia, Pickfords, Packcentre and Toll Logistics.
• Rhodes Corporate Park – Involved in the masterplan design and subdivision of the Rhodes Corporate Park, home to major tenants such as Australand, Nestle, and Hewlett Packard.
