Parkhurst Retail Shopping Centre, Rockhampton

President Property Group has entered a Joint Venture Agreement with Brettana Pty Ltd to develop a Major Shopping Centre in Parkhurst, Rockhampton. 

The 8,200sqm Shopping Centre will be anchored by a full line Woolworths supermarket, a Mini Major (The Reject Shop) and a Medical Clinic providing a full range of health services, including a pharmacy and Service Station.

The company submitted a Development Application with the Rockhampton Regional Council in early 2011 with a determination expected by mid 2011.
