Reflections Barlings Beach
President Property Group are developing the last beachfront land in Eurobodalla Shire on the South-Coast of New South Wales, just 12 minutes south of Batemans Bay. Called Reflections Barlings Beach, the 22ha land subdivision incorporates a wide variety of residential lots, from lots with spectacular ocean views to those with rainforest at your back door.
The first two stages of the five stage development have been released to the market, with the first stage already sold out. Attracting strong demand from buyers from the local area and the ACT, Reflections Barlings Beach’s comprises over 200 lots ranged from 550sqm to 1,500sqm. House and land packages are also available at the estate.
The new community is fast establishing and PPG has worked closely with a number of key community bodies around Batemans Bay to play and important role within the growing community. Key relationhips have included the Broulee Surf Lifesaving Club, Broulee Dolphins Rugby Union Club, the St Johns Ambulance, Mogo Zoo, Catalina Club, and local events and tournaments hosted by community groups.
The development was one of the first projects in NSW to be declared safe from sea level rise by the NSW Department of Planning and has become a case study for other projects across the state. The team has worked closely with the NSW State Government Department of Planning and the Eurobodalla Shire Council to deliver this exceptional subdivision on the south coast.
