Broadway Shopping Centre was a major heritage refurbishment project in Sydney’s inner west that skeptics said would never be a success.  The development is now one of the top performing shopping centres in Australia bringing in over 12 million visitors each year, and has been heralded for revitalizing the entire Pyrmont / Utlimo area.  This sensitive heritage refurbishment project was delivered over a number of stages and now includes two full line supermarkets, two major discount department stores, a 12 cinema theatre, Harris Farm Markets and over 150 specialty stores. 

Rhodes Waterside is one of Sydney’s most successful shopping centre developments, featuring Sydney’s first giant IKEA store and the first time this major retailer had integrated their store into a shopping centre development.  Alongside IKEA, the 50,000sqm centre also features two supermarkets, an eight-screen cinema complex and 120 specialty stores offering everything from gourmet food to homewares.  The highly successful centre was completed in 2005 as part of the $1.3bn Rhodes Waterside development.
